Toughest ninja to fight w/o intel?

For me it's down to 3 ninja:

6 paths of Pain: They're abilities are nowhere easy to decipher as it took Kakashi's keen eye and a barrage of attacks just to figure out Deva's limits. Also, there's the pain who revives the others which can be a b*tch if you save him last or something.

Minato: FTG is so hax, just a kunai with markings being thrown in your direction can be GG. His carries plenty of kunai as shown so he's always prepared to make the battlefield his territory if you well. Unknowingly moving close to an area around his marked kunai is game, set, match for anyone.

Itachi: A pacifist who wisely became a genjutsu specialist. While anyone who has personally fought a Sharingan user, they should know not to make eye contact. But if you're fighting Itachi, genjutsu is a constant scenario you may get into. Needless to say, after Itachi puts his opponent in genjutsu, most people would have a tough time breaking out and defending against Itachi's next move.

I agree with you on the point of which these are hardest to deal with w/o intel.

I would have to say kabuto seeing as how the man is nearly unkillable without Intel on his capability's you are better off committing sappoku(my bad if spelled wrong)right there and then.

Maybe Edo Madara? Without intel you wouldn't know he had Mukoton nor Rinnegan or whatever else he pulls out his ass... Also Minato, would no he could control that Nine Tails chakra... Also agree with Itachi being the character he is. Its hard because lots of people would be difficult to battle w/o intel.

I agree Obito is extremely difficult but I did not include him simply because he's nearly impossible to hit unless you have an instant attack or Kakashi on your side. Needless to say, Obito is near impossible to defeat, regardless of intel.

Hidan is difficult but his abilities aren't difficult to figure out. Also, Itachi has Sharingan to dodge attacks and genjutsu so not quite. Good try though
