At first glance he appears serious and stern. But those who know him, know that he's the exact opposite of what he appears to be
He has short, spiked white hair, and turquoise eyes. He is usually seen wearing a tan robe with a hoodie, that covers the rest of his clothes, and wearing his sword around his shoulder. (Now wearing an Akatsuki robe) (Picture above as well)
Personality:
Toshiro can be described as nonchalant, carefree, impish, and sometimes silly. Because he never knew his parents, and thus never grew up with an authority figure in his life, he lacked respect and the proper teaching that a parent usually provides. He often lies, and makes jokes about other, mocking them when they talk about their future dreams, and aspirations.
When fighting, he would always try and make his battles last as long as possible, to toy with his opponent, and savor the thrill of the fight. Despite being so carefree and foolish, he has shown to be quite capable in battle, always analyzing his opponents to find any weakness, never missing a single detail. Although, he is also quite rash, and sometimes rushes into situations without thinking things through.

During his time at the Land of Waves, Toshiro had forged his very own sword, which he carried with him at all times. This served as his primary fighting weapon. During his training in Kiri, he found out that he had a natural talent in Kenjutsu. He started incorporating it more and more into his battle strategy, until his became so good with it that his movements flowed almost naturally when using his blade.

Toshiro has always been a natural at taijutsu. On many occasions, Toshiro would always find himself in a fist fight with someone else. Because of his lying habit, a lot of people grew fed up and annoyed with his nonchalant attitude. After fighting so many times, Toshiro has become a close combat expert, being able to out fight nearly any man in close range.

Background Info.
History:
At a young age in Konoha, Toshiro had decided that what he wanted to do was to leave the Leaf village, and journey on a quest to become one of the strongest shinobi the world had ever seen. It wasn’t because he wanted to misuse these powers for evil, or use those abilities to enforce his will on another group of people. What he wanted was to become the strongest, most skilled fighter in the world, for the pure rush of adrenaline he got, every time he drew blood from an opponent. It was after fighting -Minato- that he had made his mind up.
Toshiro had never had a family, being orphaned after his parents had died in the Nine Tails attack on Konoha. He didn’t remember anything about them, as he was just a baby. He was taken in by an old man who found him. The man’s name was Daichi. Daichi had taken care of Toshiro until he was 7 years old. It was then that his new adoptive father had passed away. It was unknown how he died, whether he died of an illness, of simply succumb to old age, but Toshiro was left alone again for the second time in his life. Growing up without a father or mother figure in his life, Toshiro took on a more impish personality, constantly getting into fights. He would eventually become a huge party animal. It was probably the lack of guidance that had led him do become this way.
One incredibly bleak day when he was 13 years old, Toshiro decided to take a long walk around Konoha. Eventually making his way to the training grounds (The same place Kakashi trained with Naruto and Sakura in the beginning of season 1 of Naruto Shippuden). It was there that he saw someone training out in the fields. When he confronted the man, he stated that his name was –Minato-, and that he was training to become a stronger, and become an extremely powerful shinobi one day. Upon hearing this, Toshiro stared at him, and laughed, mocking him, and making fun of his ambition, stating that Minato wouldn’t even be able to win a fight with him. After getting upset at the disrespect Toshiro had shown him, Minato accepted the challenge, and they began to fight.
A few minutes into the fight, anyone who would have been watching could see that Minato was easily over powering Toshiro, and merely toying with him. When fighting. Toshiro was surprised, that after taking such a beating, he could suddenly come back the way he did. When they fought in close range, using mainly free form tai, Toshiro found out that he excelled in Taijutsu. He delivered several punches to Minato, and a kick to the ribs sending him back. He felt exhilarated, and he felt a new sense of power. It was that brief moment that Toshiro stopped attacking, and stared in amazement, that Minato had ended the fight right there, sending him off to the hospital, unconscious.
While in the hospital and unconscious all he could think about, was his fight with that mysterious Minato. He longed to go out, and get stronger, realizing that he loved to fight, that it gave him an incredible rush. Once he woke up, the doctor, Mugiwara, told him he would make a full recovery and that he should sit still for a few more hours before leaving. While in the hospital, it was the same re occurring thought that wouldn’t exit his mind. His fight with Minato, and his adrenaline pumping. Soon the time finally came when he could leave the hospital, so he jumped out of bed, grabbed his stuff, and made his way out of the hospital. On his way out he noticed he was walking a little funny, and in some pain in his ass. When he looked over at Mugi with a puzzled look as to why this was so, Mugi just looked back and winked with a flirty look in his eyes. O___O
After escaping the hospital, he made his way back to the training grounds. Upon getting back there, he saw Minato again, and challenged him to a second fight, claiming that the last time they fought, he had experienced the greatest rush he’d ever felt from fighting. He wanted to feel that way again, which is why he issued the second challenge. Minato at first refused, believing that this was merely a waste of his time, since the last time he fought Face, it took hardly any effort at all. But after Toshiro had continually taunted him saying that “If I was you, I wouldn’t want to fight me either.” It was then that they began to fight.
During the fight, Toshiro had remembered everything about Minato’s fighting style, having analyzed all of his moves before. Now that he had figured out Minato’s fighting style, it was pretty easy to come up with a counter strategy, and beat him. Just as quickly as it started it seemed, the fight was already over, and this time Toshiro had been the victor. Impressed by the display of power Toshiro had shown, Minato decided to teach Face his Pangolin summoning’s as well as teach him Fire style jutsu, claiming that Toshiro had potential.
Upon finishing training, they went their separate ways, vowing to get stronger, and not to talk until they did so. It was later on that word reached him of Minato’s departure from the village. He had assumed it was because of his quest to become a more powerful shinobi. Upon hearing this, Toshiro made his own decision, that he too would leave, and not allow to let Minato get ahead of him. Having no family or friends, there was nothing keeping him in the village. So, a few days later, Toshiro left Konoha, stashing all of his belongings, as well as his old headband into 2 duffle bags, that he carried with him. While out on the road by himself, he decided to get a job in a bar in the Wave country. It was there that he learned of his second love, partying.
As his life progressed in the Wave country working in the bar (lying about his age claiming he was 19 years old, he is now 16), as well as a blacksmith (the black smith job was to pay for all of his partying expenses, as well as learning how to forge his own sword) He often got into bar fights, getting so drunk that his decisions no longer made any sense. On one occasion he had gotten so drunk, that he was able to fluently speak Portuguese. Toshiro would often get so wasted, that he couldn’t remember what happened the night before. On a few other occasions, he had woken up next to women he couldn’t ever recall meeting or talking to. Another time he woke up sleeping next to Itachi-sama, and Xylon, wondering what the hell had happened the night before. Now at the age of 17, living in the Wave country for a year, he had heard word of powerful swordsmen, known as the best at what they do, known as The Seven Swordsmen of The Mist. Intrigued, Toshiro decided, this may be a great opportunity to get stronger, as well as expand his field of expertise. He went over to his place of work, where he was a blacksmith, and began creating the perfect sword for him. After working all day and all night, he managed to forge his own katana.
After gathering all his belongings again, leaving his jobs behind, he set off for his next destination: The Village Hidden in Mist. While out on the road again, Face would get into a lot of fights. Analyzing, and calculating his way out of every single one, despite him losing so many brain cells. It was on the road, that he also met a lot of people who would grow to be great personal friends of his. Their names were Akihiko aka. Tenzo of the Wood Style, Gobi Gobleston, Keostu Eclipse, Goro Kaguya, Gamaken, Yard, Toku Pineapple and others. These people had aided him in his quest for power, fighting him, and teaching him all that he knows.
Upon arriving, in The Land of Water, he met a young woman, named Akiza. The two quickly became friends. It turned out that Akiza was a very skilled swordsman, and was willing to teach him if that was what he wanted. After he had agreed they began their training. During his training, Toshiro had found out that he was also a natural when fighting with his sword. Akiza, got him a new job in Kiri, as well as finding him a temporary home.
It had taken Toshiro 1 month perfecting his word fighting skills, and his battle style. After staying within the village for 3 months, he decided that it was his time to move on, having mastered Kenjutsu. Before and fighting people throughout the village such as Narukun, he departed, he gave Akiza a parting farewell, and continued his journey.
While making his way back to The Land of Waves, he was intercepted by a shadowy figure wearing a hood, and a black cloak with red clouds all over it, which cut off his path back home. Toshiro, unafraid, was ready to confront this person in a fight, placing his right sword on the hilt of his blade. It was then that the figure identified himself as Minato, from back in Konoha. Minato had told him of where he had gone, and what he had accomplished once he departed from the village. He had become a member of Akatsuki. He claimed that they had needed one more member, and that Face would make a nice addition to the team, as Minato’s underling. At first Toshiro was against the idea, and declined. It was then that Minato made a proposition, he and Toshiro would fight. If Toshiro won, he could walk free, but if Minato won, Toshiro would have to join Akatsuki. After thinking this new offer over, he accepted, and they fought again. After a while of fighting, Minato had overpowered Toshiro with his Sharingan techniques, meaning that Toshiro now worked for the Akatsuki. It was in Akatsuki that he met The Dark King, and his new ally’s. As a member of Akatsuki, he would be hunted down by ninja from all over, he couldn’t help but smirk at this fact, and decided that Akatsuki was the place for him.
Soon after joining Akatsuki, The Dark King sat Toshiro down to have a private talk. TDK talked about hearing rumors of a powerful shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village, and sent Minato to intercept him. Before he could finish his sentence, Toshiro interuppted, gloating about his growing power. It was then that TDK interuppted him in mid sentence to say "The true reason i sent him after you, is because, Toshiro..I am your father O_O" Toshiro was shocked at first, but then he decided it was time to listen, and allowed Dan to go on with his story.
Dan had explained the story of how Toshiro was born..
"It was a cloudy, gloomy day out, so i decided to go to a club. That's where i met you mother Lili-Chwan, she was looking gorgeous
We talked blah blah blah blah, this that and the other thing. After getting totally wasted, the next thing I knew, we were at my house, playing who can scream louder to this song... Man she was *bleep* she was also really *bleep* and she could also *bleep* Then, we had never spoken again. 9 months later, she tracked him down and told him of her pregnancy, and that you were due to be born anytime during the week. So a few days later, you were born. We took you to Konoha, right after the time of the Nine Tails attack on Konoha, she thought it would be the best thing for you, since neither of us was able to take care of you. Your adoptive father, lied to you...""Your mother is an expert Taijutsu user and is able to unlock her EIG, as well as one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. I myself am a Sage Mode user, as well as another member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Haven't you ever wondered where you got all that power? Why you were such a natural at using your sword, and so great at hand to hand combat? It's because of me, your Papi!!"
After taking in all of this news, Toshiro at first gave a blank stare, but then felt a warm feeling over coming him, as if he had recovered a lost piece of himself. Never the less, his personality would not change, he would remain a party animal, who loved to fight. Inheriting his father's devilishly handsome looks, as well as his will to fight, and inheriting his mother's battle skils and tactics.
