Battle of specialties!
I'll be using my Orochimaru bio, sticking to Taijutsu and Oro-techs (including snakes).
You'll be using whatever you want, but let's make it awesome by sticking to some specialties, instead of simply using the basic-shit-five.

It was another very boring day, as Kakashi walked around. Who would have thought he would come into close contact with Orochimaru-sama, one of the Legendary Sannin? Kakashi believed in his abilities, but what could he do against someone or rather SOMETHING of his caliber? Would he succumb to the pressure and fear like all who've faced him has? Or would he somehow miraculously defeat the serpent tyrant? The events proceed as following....
Kakashi: Orochimaru-sama..? What do you want from me?
It was another very boring day, as Kakashi walked around. Who would have thought he would come into close contact with Orochimaru-sama, one of the Legendary Sannin? Kakashi believed in his abilities, but what could he do against someone or rather SOMETHING of his caliber? Would he succumb to the pressure and fear like all who've faced him has? Or would he somehow miraculously defeat the serpent tyrant? The events proceed as following....
Kakashi: Orochimaru-sama..? What do you want from me?
Orochimaru raised an eyebrow at Kakashi's question. Did the fool really believe that he, the Great Snake Sannin, wanted anything from one such as him? The puzzled expression quickly became a smirk and Orochimaru shrugged casually, his posture oozing confidence. "Want from you? Ah, but Kakashi, it is you who want something."
Orochimaru chuckled in dark amusement and continued. "Information, perhaps? The whereabouts of a certain person, perhaps?"
The easy expression on the Sannin's face quickly melted away, revealing a stony look underneath. "Everything has its price, boy."
Orochimaru raised an eyebrow at Kakashi's question. Did the fool really believe that he, the Great Snake Sannin, wanted anything from one such as him? The puzzled expression quickly became a smirk and Orochimaru shrugged casually, his posture oozing confidence. "Want from you? Ah, but Kakashi, it is you who want something."

As if shot out of a cannon, Orochimaru disappeared in a blur of motion and re-appeared a few meters in front of Kakashi, right arm already pulled back to deliver a fatal punch to the Copy-Nin's throat and send him sprawling back with a crushed windpipe.
Ignorant fool, the Snake thought mentally and smirked.
(Let's start at mid-range, right? ._.)

Kakashi seemigly felt his heart drop as Orochimaru-sama spoke, could he be planning something? Could he....Kakashi's train of thought was interrupted as he went flying backwards due to suffering a punch to the face as he tilted hid head at the last second. He then caught himself by stabilizing himself, placing his right hand on the ground, coming to a skidding stop.

With the reflexes of a snake, Orochimaru's arms move and intercept a kunai each, letting them smash into the soft meat of his forarms even as he moves towards Kakashi.
Without hesitating for even a second, the Snake moves with all the speed he can muster and, using his extremely flexible musculature, twists his arms to store momentum like a coiled spring. Quickly, the Sannin blurs towards Kakashi, arms aglow with raging electricity and ready to strike. As he gets into range, Orochimaru leans forward and smashes both his arms forward to deliver a dual palm-thrust to Kakashi's chest, having its range and power increased by Orochimaru's body leaning forwards. The sheer force of the thrust would crack the ribs of any man and the electricty would surge, rip and tear at anyones nerves, causing spasms and muscle-contractions.
(Tsuin Ikazuchi Tajuu) – Twin Thunder Beast

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra into their arms in a rotational sequence to act like a spring increasing the power of the concentrated lightning chakra that envelops their arm showing the spiral and then the user will rotate their arms fists clenched and strike the enemy target in the stomach. The rotational effect of the punches helps to deliver the lightning with extra power and speed dealing a strong amount of damage whilst paralysing the target through the stomache preventing them from properly moving and drastically restricting their speed.
Note: Numbing lasts 1 turn

That's an impossible move. It requires that you've formed the clone beforehand when I wasn't looking (which I always was).
It's like saying; as you grab my arms, the seals I've conveniently placed there activates and captures you in a stasis field. It's impossible to do so in a role-play, as you have to inform your opponent of all your actions.
