That's debatable for now. Obito lost because they pulled out the Juubi power from him with the help of the shinobi alliance.

Minato isn't proficient with SM to defeat Nagato. All his attacks can be countered with preta.

Even with SM, Nagato was shown to absorb Senpou Rasengan and Rasenshuriken without any consequences. It was only when he absorbed Naruto's chakra directly did he become affected by Natural Energy.

You do realize Naruto's completely keeping up with Madara(bar limbo) even though he's a stronger juubi jin than Obito right? Naruto's juubi powers are much stronger.
