yes he may be invincible as long as he has Susano'o activated,...but let's not forget that Itachi isn't some sort of god of chakra and stamina, so, he would be able to keep it for max 10 minutes, after that Naruto would kill him

Nagato complete is edo
Nagato has Madaras eyes he can possibly do perfect susanoo as well he certainly has the chakra and dna or he couldn't use Gedo mazo
