no kabuto, obitos lower than kakashi even though hes immune to almost anything, and nagato should be higher. if madaras an edo theres no reason why his summoner is lower than him. imagine if i put katsuyu above tsunade. i think some would disagree

A could only beat Sasuke when he had his Ribcage Susanoo, after Sasuke's Susanoo evolved, A lost all the chance he had of beating Sasuke again as he can't get through his Incomplete/Complete/Final Susanoos.

In place of those two, Muu and maybe Bee should come in.

Sh*t I totally forgot about Mu, not Bee though :/

Muu, the Second Mizukage and 3rd Raikage would take out A or Kakashi.

Yeah, you're right. So Mu replaces Kakashi and the 3rd replaces the 4th. Good? You're probably the only person who I agree with in this thread. Other people don't consider the factors

Can't kakashi's sharingan see Mu even in invisibility mode.

Plus also take into account who's jutsu is faster, kamui or jinton? I'll leave it there.

I believe I constructed my own list for occasions as these, carry no worry for it is not meant to flame, simply my own opinion. However this had been in response to a top 25 list, therefore forgive me:
