Reasons? Maybe not Kakashi but A, come on! He could solo Taka before EMS Sasuke and you could probably through Orochimaru in there and A will still take it medium difficulty and this is a Orochomaru fanboy saying that :/

Muu, the Second Mizukage and 3rd Raikage would take out A or Kakashi.

My Reasonable Top Ten

My Top 10

In My List I Decided To Keep Out Edo Tensei,but Since alot are dead I kept my list based on how strong I felt each Character was in their prime.

First up we have:

1. Nagato Uzumaki - (Akatsuki Founding days when he could actually walk without theifing chakra, Mastered Rinnegan, 5 elements + 6 paths)

2. Hashirama Senju - (Didn't show much in the anime but we can clearly see Madara used his Sharingan to copy Hashirama's moves against the kage.)

3. EMS Madara Uchiha - (No comments needed)

4. Orochimaru - (Everything Kabuto knows about Edo Tesei and Sage Mode is because of this Guy, Oro body was just to weak at the moment and Sasuke killed him)

5. Kabuto Yakushi - (Edo tensei, Dragon Sage Mode, Orochimaru DNA making him stronger, Hugo ability, Sound Four ability, Suuigetsu Ability, Karin ability)

6. Obito Uchiha - (He was the famous Tobi after all, Madara's right hand, Naruto if he went to the dark side.)

7. Naruto Uzumaki - (Yeah, Yeah the 9 tail helps him so what it's his power, and his friend Kurama)

8. Sasuke Uchiha - (Well deserved)

9. Itachi - (Only Uchiha that had the skill to surpass Madara ONE DAY)

10. Minato - (stopping a war with just one of my many jutsu, flee on sight orders, Hand chosen by the God Of Shinobi[Hiruzen], The Town Crazy Man[Jiraiya] calls him the chosen one)


P.S. Kabuto and Orochimaru are only that high up in my list because of Edo Tensei technique.
I believe Muu can take Oro without Edo.

Biju Mode Naruto is stronger than Nagato and Orochimaru.The most well used top 3 is Obito,Naruto,Nagato or Hashirama.
Kabuto is a enhanced version of Orochimaru so what kind of logic makes you think Kabuto being below seem correct? Even without Edo Tensie Kabuto is stronger.

You clearly placed Naruto far too low.

YES EDO MADARA RAPES EVERYBODY but i put EMS Madara not EDO... I Don't like EDO's its to OP. EMS Madara is not invincible, I wanted to hashirama first but I dont believe he can beat Nagato not Pein.

So your saying Dragon Sage Mode Kabuto using Oro cells to get stronger, is stronger than orochimaru.

Greatest Ninja of All Time Top 10 List

Top ten shinobi in Naruto there are two list one is a list where the shinobi can only use what they have on them or inside them and no preparations are done they meet in the field far away from anyone so no has to worry about protection others and no one has to hold back and the other list is for any technique is
fair and can use any thing they have at their disposal

List For What They Have on Them or Inside Them

1. Sage of 6 Paths
2. Hashirama Senju
3. Madara Uchia
4. Naruto
5. Minato
6. Obito/Tobi
7. Nagato/Pain
8. Itachi Uchia
9. Sasuke Uchia
10. Hiruzen Sarutobi

Reason for this order
1 needs no explanation only reason i added him is because i feel there are to many people that can fit in the 10th spot if i take him out of the list like The White Fang, A, A's fathers, and the person who has 3 kekkei genkai
2 because Madara state that the only one that can beat him is Hashirama Senju and that the 5 kages are like worms compared to Hashrima Senju when he was fighting the 5 kages
3 next strongest person
4 Naruto extremely strong and a variety of techniques and as fast as the Minato but is not limited to the places he can go on the battle field
5 Minato because he was able to beat obito once and forced him to flee and was killed by the kyuubi but now obito does not have that option for this scenario and under naruto because he is limited to where he can go by the kunai
6 leader of akatsuki for a reason and almost nothing works on him and he can use the Izanagi
7 Went toe to toe with a 6 tailed naruto and successfully captured him
8 Could have killed sasuke but chose to let him live and i highly doubt Hiruzen can beat him since his shield can deflect all attacks and has the ultimate sword of sealing also could use the Izanami
9 Sasuke even though he has awaken the EMS he still is not able use it and control it like Itachi
10 Hiruzen was considered one of the most powerful shinobi of all time and the longest lasting hokage he was able to hold his own against orochimaru and two former hokage but i still think that the reanimation jutsu does not allow one to use thir full extent because if that was the case he would have gotten destroyed on during that fight

I took the Sage of 6 Paths because i had another person to add to the list Kabuto I also put obito at first because he controls the juubi and not even hashirama could stop the juubi and kabuto is above naruto for the sheer number of reanimations he controlls
