Naruto never beat Kurama with Sage Mode or any other mode.What you are talking about is a fight within Naruto inner world.And in that fight, Naruto's mother held down Kurama not giving him any chance to attack Naruto.In a real fight with Kurama, Naruto's mommy isn't going to be around to hold Kurama down.SM Naruto could...IMO He did beat the Nine Tails with SM So maybe
Where in the Manga did it say the Yata Mirror could stop a tail beast bomb? The answer , no where.
Where in the manga did it state the Sword of Totsuka can seal a Tail Beast, especially the most power one.
Your only logical thought is he Sharingan on Kurama.Everything else is just baseless speculation.
