You don't write action scenes to that degree in a screenplay, the choreography is down to the animation team who really made something unique and unlike-Naruto for the film's dramatic finale. Especially tiny details like Naruto and Sasuke's footspeed in a given 5 seconds, the animation team determines the angles, FpS and other specifics and thus control the action not the other way round.

- Movies are not same as manga you can´t compare movie with manga feats in any way possible.

- Sasuke in manga doesn´t have astonishing speed feats compared to Naruto

- It doesn´t make sense that Sasuke has same speed as Naruto who has sage body power.Before Hagoromo buff BM Naruto was also faster than Sasuke so in no way Sasuke can match his speed.

- in Boruto manga there is no that scene.
