top best ninja in each element and taijutsu and Kenjutsu

What I mean by best who uses the element and taijutsu the best. For example One of the Sage's son can not be #1 for kenjutsu even though they have been depicted with swords, they have not shown particular skill sufficient to be #1 with that skill.
Choose any amount of characters for each category.
My list;
Water
1. Kisame hands down best suiton user EVER. Even Tobirama fans have to agree U_U
2. Yagura
3. Mei
4. Tobirama
5. Suigetsu(demon fish, and I ran out of characters)

Fire
1. Sasuke(if enton/amaterastu count)
2. Itachi(if Amaterastu count)
3. Madara
4. Kakashi
5. Mei(ran out of characters)

Air
1. Naruto(only because of Rasenshuriken)
2. Danzo(has the best skill, Naruto only knows Rasenshuriken)
3. Temari
4. Orochimaru
5. Baki

Lightning
1. Sasuke
2. 3rd Raikage
3. Darui
4 Ay
5. Killer Bee

Earth
1. Onoki(stopped Madara meteor)
2. Mu
3. Kitsuchi
4. IDK
5. IDk

Taijutsu
1. Gai(no arguments whatsover, almost killed Madara and beat an Akatuski with Tiger shaped air from a punch)
2. 3rd Raikage
3. Ay
4. Rock lee
5. IDK
(this one is pretty bad, I know. I'm better at critquing list for wrong spots then making one XD)
Kenjustu
1. Mifune(he has long range Kenjutsu when he helped attack Juubi arms)
2. Killer Bee(insert scan of him owning Sasuke)
3. Sasuke
4. Zabuza/Omoi
5. Kisame
Mangetsu is #1 according to hype
(bad list again)
I don;t think my lists are good what are yours.

I pretty much agree, but I'd swap a few.
I'd put Tobirama as 2 in Suiton
Danzō as 1 in Futon
Hiruzen as 4 in Katon
And I'd swap Killer B and Mifune in Kenjutsu.

I would put Mei after Kisame , Danzo before Naruto , but I agree with the rest .

I put Yagura as #1 because he had control over the 3 tails so he can have some powerful Suiton and he is a Kage to further prove this. Naruto is only above Danzo because of Rasenshuriken, Naruto can make giants ones in Sage Mode imagine Bijuu Mode. And he made twin Rasenshuriken to cut Juubi. I agree with Hiruzen.

the 2nd mizukage should be second for suiton and obito over kakashi in katon

still he hasnt shown many water feats. Thats like putting the 2 tails up there because she can shot fire. The 2nd (or third, who ever fought muu) has shown way more feats and is pretty powerful.

And kakashi canonically doesnt have katon while obito was still better in that area. He should be under madara

I'm with you on that... And mangetsu deserves a spot above zabuza/omoi. roushi should replace mei in katon. Hiruzen deserves a spot in each list
