Bro,Obito's injury is a different story,Obito is still an Uchiha and has MS,Senju DNA is to keep him alive ,he can still use Kamui even without Senju DNA ,Obito can't spam Kamui but that limited Kamui is more than enought to beat alot of strong dudes as there aren't many people that can counter it.

I know what you are saying, although Madara Uchiha is a whole nother story on the other hand. Portrayed as the strongest character besides Hashi from the get go of the manga period, borrowed power or not.

but Obito became the strongest altogether besides the SO6P and used only borrowed power in his Jubito state, thus my reasoning for him being on top... I agree that another character can easily be in that number one spot. Like I said it can be a difficult list to make and it all depends on what u take in to consideration bro.

Without his senju DNA Obito is still top 2 at least. He only ever used it to survive. Kamui is the only tool he needs.

No he wouldn't. He'd be blind within a week. He relies on his MS more than sasuke did when sasuke first unlocked it.

Inspiration doesn't just come out of thin air. There, no one's singled out. Now no character bashing please!

now if "Rasen Senkou Chourinbu Kousanshiki" turns out to be multiple rasengan only i swear i will rage quit being a Minato fanboy now Kishimoto atleast add somethin "like when the enemy is hit, his soul is Minato's now" (soulmate joke!) because destructive powers is not enought for me i want him to have a ninjutsu that will make the enemy swear he dont wanna be hit by that jutsu, not destruction! like "Fuin Jutsu" but it is not his original jutsu meeehhhh...

just look at some Itachi's jutsu!
