By unoriginal I imply than they basically rely totally or at least very heavily on stolen/borrowed powers that belong to another or anothers clan.
1. Obito-
No doubt its incredible he became so powerful, but with out borrowed powers he could have been soloed by at least 5 top tier shinobi if he would have even survived past the boulder
2. Kabuto-
His deadliest weapon is literally using another shinobi. Also, his most dangerous jutsu are stolen jutsu from Oro and his part 1 henchmen.
3. Danzo-
He is hokage level with out these other powers... but he does not show it well using izanagi and the 1st DNA as if its his bread and butter in his previous battles
4. Yamato/Zetsu-
Both are clones of the 1st... and both are low level. Yamato especially, only using a weakened Mokuton for his entire arsenal no doubt.
5. Nagato-
Literally his entire arsenal is composed with the use of only Madara Uchihas Rennegan, but since he possess the Uzamaki chakra to use them I decided not to be as harsh
6. Kakashi-
No doubt he would be powerful with out it but significantly less powerful. Not only does he have even smaller and less chakra reserves than our more powerful clan members... He relys on the sharingan for chidoris line of vision, vision overall, copying and all of his highest level jutsu
Some might be wondering why I excluded Madara... I actually considered him until I also considered the fact that even with only his own ability Hashirama is still the only one who can come to equal grounds or even defeat him.
