i'm not going into deep stuff but just a few things that might change it or not

1. why is hashirama 13? did you not read the recent chapters?
2. How is kabuto below madara? lol madara is kabuto summon, thats like putting gamabunta above jiraiya
3. Madara< Hashirama, madara has said he lost, tobi said he lost madara talks about him like he is surperior to him

theres more like how kushina is above darui and how the sages sons are below tobi... yahiko on the list for some reason, sakumo hatake above the sannin and akatuski members theres so many others

theres a lot wrong with this list tbh

Nice list. I think Rikuda sons should be second (by hype). Kabuto should be third, Tobi fourth. Danzo should be higher up. Sasori is way too low. Hashirama should go up (by hype). Deidara, 3rd Kazekage (by hype) and Choji should be higher up. Mangetsu aswell. Those are the major ones, but I understand you put the hyped ones in a lower position until we see more from them. I don't really know where to put Sakumo.

Never thought of it that way...The reason to Hashirama not being at the top is cause we havent seen HIM do anything. He's always being controlled. We only know the hype.
