So fúcking biased. You see those sky scrapers in naruto gaiden? You notice that naruto's become rusty because no war? Kakashi was arguably the BEST kage when it comes to running a village. Not the worst.

Completely agree.

1. Hashirama was just a puppet to Tobirama.
The only one time Hashirama didn't listen to Tobirama, is when the later told him to finish Madara before Konoha was built.

2. I like Gaara, and is understandable why he turned into psychopath during his teenage years.
The fact that he was able to overcome that trauma and turn into a "normal" person, was in my opinion, great development.
But the fact that he was given the Kage title is nonsense.

3. Ay is too hotheaded. He shouldn't be a Kage.
Even Bee would've been a better choice, save the fact that he is a Jinchuriki.

4. Minato was awesome. He was a genius.
But for some reason his brain disconnected during the Kyubbi attack.
If he had sealed Kurama inside Kushina again, Naruto would've had a family to grow with.

5. Mei Terumi..... She is... hot I guess xD lol

Kakashi was the weakest Hokage of all time, yet he managed to handle the pressure of the first continental Shinobi Alliance in history. Even after Sasuke tried to kill the 5 Kages, he was able to persuade them to forgive his life without even daring to wage war against Konoha. He was a great Hokage. Of course, people like yourself wouldn't understand this. I bet you think Minato was the greatest Hokage of all time.

I'd argue that Tsunade was the weakest.

Hiruzen isn't on here. Hashirama was a great Hokage and I dont really agree with what you're saying about him. Naruto for example doesn't strike me as a great Hokage either, possibly good at protecting his village power-wise but passionless and tired as the messiah he set out to be.

A Kage doesn't need to be a super genius... He can have a genius adviser for that.
An acknowledged and fairly capable individual is perfectly eligible for the seat...

So,

- Hashirama is a great Hokage, in-fact he can't be put in comparison to others... He is a leader, a founder.
- Gaara's case is reflection of Sand's incapacity as a Shinobi village, they f***in' didn't had any suitable candidate as the heir to the seat. They let a psychopath with no acknowledgement from the masses rule upon them. And "He changed..." is the most ridiculous argument ever...
- A is OK, he have his party...
- Minato is OK, he was appointed in the presence of the former Kage and his organization... Kyuubi incident was to be solved quickly, so he made his judgement call, it's fine...
- Mei is also the reflection of Mist's weaknesses, it's like she wasn't committed to the job...

Actually Mei Terumi is in here? I didn't even register the amount of bullsh*t that is.

Terumi is one of the greatest Kages in history. During the timeskip a woman stepped up in a kill or be killed, bloodthirsty and backwards village and reformed it from an actual dictatorship of a man who hated the village and wanted to see it crumble. That's insane on her part. A system that even self-aware and strong thinkers like Kisame and Zabuza ended up as tools, this thin, young woman completely turned things around. Even though they had 'Madara Uchiha' neglecting their rule for a long, long time- thanks to Terumi's turnaround they didn't fall horrendously behind the other villages and were able to still present themselves calmly and strongly at the Kage Summit.

Terumi is the best or second best Kage of all time.
