Ok I'm going to start by saying if this is the wrong category to put this under my bad, it seemed like the best one to me.
Anyway who are the top 5 Ninja that you would want In a Naruto game that may not have had much time to develop or might have just been mentioned. That might be unclear but hopefully it makes more sense when I list mine.
Shisui Uchiha
Sakumo Hatake
Izuna Uchiha
Mito Uzumaki
Sasuke Sarutobi.
My last one might be a stretch and I'm not sure if I remember correctly but they did mention that he was one of the best at his time right? I could list more but those 5 would be awesome well actually the top three are the ones I would really like to see in a game.
