definitely the most overrated...

Its not really overrated, seeing how edo tensei was the major thing what caused the death of thousands, and which brought back the current major problem, Madara.

Also Edo Tensei brough back the past Hokage...sooooo, I dont see how it is overrated. It is perfectly rated, even the manga characters hate it cuz its sooo cheap.

Edo Tensei is the best jutsu if used correctly. Bringing back the past Kage is example.

edo tensei has multiple flaws & kabuto needs anko to use it at the godly level he uses it at (Actually he needs anko to even use it at all, which people overlook constantly).
