Orochimaru has 10,000 techs but he's not overatted at all
He has senju DNA
Snake techs
Sword of kansanji
Perfect form
Hydra mode
Edo tensi with 3 edo hokage
And his arms back also his full chakra back (1/3 was sealed because his arms was sealed)




But for my top 5

Itachi he's brilliant but he has shitty stamina and chakra a lot of ppl tend to forget this

Hashirama as of right now we still don't know full extent of his abilities and some ppl put him clearly > nagato witch I don't understand we don't know of anything tht would put nagato down they also think he can beat current orochimaru when oro clearly has Minato 3rd hokage and hashirama's own brother (who was said to be basically just as strong as him) at once

Minato we don't know his full arsenals or even his chakra nature for the matter but his fanboys conclude tht he can beat everyone
