I havent seeing him use genjutsu his clam did but he didnt...

He can use KA to reopen them.

If he could do that he would have, he was attempting to use the last sharingan eye to avoid Sasuke's sword blow at the end of their fight....why would he purposefully lose all his eyes to Sasuke if he could reopen them again with his last an izanagi at any time?

Bottom of the page, Danzo had only an incomplete form of Izanagi, he most likely could not create like the sage was said to be able too.

And judging on Itachi's description of KA

Danzo's version was probably an incomplete form of KA as well. The one from the crow using MS is permanent in effect even after the MS faded Itachi remained free of Edo Tensei. Danzo's seemed to have broke once he ended the technique after being caught channeling chakra through his right eye to control Mifune actively.

That doesnt make any sense.... ka is a genjutsu you cast on others ... not yourself.... , once you use izanagi the eye goes permanently blind... he can't use a control genjutsu to open them back, because its not possible

For Oro's 5 in genjutsu - didn't you say we must observe the databook as Kishi-given fact once?

why does people put sasuke in top 5 genjutus user when infact there are many more peoples with better genjutusu skill than sasuke like
