LMAO itachi can also control people... for eg the woman in part 1......and ao + shikaku said itachi is the ONLY person able to control someone outside the range of sensors...which is a long ass range btw......Tobi had to stand right behind yagura or relatively close to have him under control

if your going to consider shisui the best genjutsu user because he can control 1 person at a time without making eye contact every 10 years, i'm just saying i'd rank the guy who could control an entire planet at least runner up.


i'm not giving you proof of what he can do now. i'm just using the thought as an example of his potential.the guy wouldnt be considered the greatest threat on naruto if he wasn't that great. hell... what if he is shisui? all we know is abunch of he-say she-say when it comes to him really being dead. besides... if he was, kabuto would have him under his control... with his eyes, just like itachi and nagato... would he not?

Yes, fear was the focus, but to actually visualize the death and trauma is something far more. Nonetheless, was that not genjutsu Oro used of Naruto when the 9-tails appeared?

Idk if this is accurate, but its have been described as this;

As i said , the same thing happens in real life...Its plain fear, upfront and simple, fear causes your body to freeze up .

Firstly..... anyone with the juubi inside of them + tsukyomi, will be able to cast mugen tsukyomi.. give itachi it, he can, sasuke same....

Atm Tobi cannot cast it.... if he could he would.....No he's not a master of genjtusu

We know only of Kotoamatsuki... but seeing as he had 2 ms eyes, it means he had another......Possibly susanno also..

Killer B describes him as "the most powerful genjutsu user of the uchiha". But sometimes the translators can be a bit off. He does, however, have acess to the most powerful genjutsu (kotoamatsukami) but I'm assuming this thread is in relation to skill.

The 2nd spots go to itachi and kurenai. I think most people whould agree with me putting itachi at second. I also put kurenai at second because according to the databook, her skill in genjutsu is equal to that of itachi. Itachi DOES have the edge due to his sharingan as seen with his fight with kurenai - he immediately saw through the illusion and reversed it. They really ruined the fight I think - it would have been so awesome to see two genjutsu masters fight just using genjutsu.

Im really struggling for 3, 4 and 5. Mabe tobi for 3 danzo - Tobi was able to trap fu and torune in a genjutsu for quite some time and danzo was able to break out of sasukes tsukuyomi (although it was considered weak compared to itachi's). Perhaps madara for fourth place - he did trap one of the fodder ninja in a paralysing genjutsu. For 5th place I put orochimaru due to the responses from others and the fact that he was able to recognise immediately that he was trapped in itachi's illusion. He does have a 5 in the databook and does seem the genjutsu/ninjutsu type.

A lot of people have been saying the 2nd mizukage. He did say he was a yin release user and therefore a genjutsu user. But we havnt seen any feats. The only genjutsu we've seen from him was from his clam summon, which, if I may say, was super cool!

Yea sry i had in mind that you had to kill your best friend to get it but i was searching that they dont and still MS was keep secret only he and itachi know about it and maybe the Third but he was still a master at normal genjutsu

it says just before that that, "Shisui's corpse has apparently disappeared, as Kabuto Yakushi cannot locate it."

Itachi NEVER SAID he erased the corpse .. Matter of fact he never mentioned corpse.... Itachi said shishui gave him the eyes and told him hide its existance.... Then shishui MADE it look like he destroyed both eyes... and erased his existance......Must i get google definitions? it means he killed himself....Removed his existance from the earth....

It was thought that itachi drowned/killed shishui at naka river... what Itachi is saying is that shishui Drowned himself....

Fugaku is Sasuke and Itachi's dad, in case u wasn't sure. he's my original guess of who Tobi is. when kabuto presented the mystery coffin, i knew madara was in it. and for some reason my thought of Fugaku being Tobi came around.just the thought of how great they made minato out to be stuck with me, so i thought maybe there was more to fugaku and his rebellion. i don't really feel that theory anymore tbh. but Fugaku has his reasons.

but tobi has alot more simularities with shisui and izuna.

it's supposed to though, isn't it? sasuke is grown up by this point, and the picture you shown is of fugaku when sasuke is still a little kid. so yeah, fugaku should look old. all you proved, is why would shisui? minato obviously has never shown age, because he died so young.
