The characters I placed on this list had some ridiculous hype through statements/feats, then got destroyed/downgraded illogically later on. Mainly for the sake of plot.

Again, CM wasn't active when he fought Gaara in round 2. Are we forgetting that Kakashi sealed it? It only came back out after Sasuke ran out of chakra.
