I mentioned my top 3 before:

1. Shikamaru for his laid back lazy attitude, but then still getting shit done.
2. Neji for his no bullshit, straight to the point attitude.
3. Itachi for his cold and distant attitude, but deep meaningful hidden emotions.

I also find all of their techniques really cool.

4. Madara, just for his sheer excellent representation of a villain, his power and attitude ("Weakness disgusts me.") gotta love that guy.
5. Orochimaru, crazy scientist that experiments in his underground layer, what's not to like.

I would mention Kaguya, but even though I think she's really badass, they executed that character poorly and wasted her potential. She could have been so much more.
