Changed rapidly upon Asuma's death, assuming a more serious personality. He's still the same, but changed all the time. He's the Most ''well'' Developed Character imo.

2. Naruto (outspokenness, tenacity & empathy)

I found him unpleasant in pt.1 but he grew well into his character as the series prolonged. Oddly, I liked him more in filler than in actual content.

3. Kakuzu (possession of four hearts that allows him to get away with cheating (pun intended), comical greed for money, relationship with Hidan)

Sasuke, Gaara and Nagato are my faves in this order. I think they are the ones with the best character development.

If you mean who I'd like to be friends with then it's Suigetsu for the banter, Sai for the tism, Gaara for deep shit and Gai/Lee for the glorious motivation in life.

Might Guy is a great character. I like how he tends to forget his enemy's name. It was especially funny when Kisame got hurt that he didn't remember his name, lmao.

Her awful attitude as a wife and mother. I wouldn't dislike her if she hadn't been paired with Shikamaru.
I have previously addressed this so here's the quote:

Shikamaru is my favourite character so naturally I have only good things to say about him. The only thing that I disagree on is the Temari pairing, she has proven to be the exact opposite of what he previously mentioned he wanted. Exactly the crazy, violent and troublesome woman that his mother and any aggressive female in his life was. I would have wished for him to have someone kind and sweet, like Hinata. And no, I am not saying they should have paired him with Hinata, just a character that is similar to her, but NOT her. Not to mention that the Shikamaru and Temari pairing also shoves Temari to the background and into the shoes of a grumpy housewife instead of, oh I don't know, a kickass instructor. Which would have been so much better to see. If anyone remembers that goofy girl with the glasses from the cypher division. THAT would have been a nice wife for him, maybe she'd look hot under those glasses. Or just any non-kunoichi really. But with this pairing there are two good characters wasted, or at least that's what I think.

Oh, and his new outfit is rubbish. Seriously, what the hell?

She actually used to be one of my favourite kunoichi because of her kickass attitude and awesome weapon. Now she's just wasted potential doomed to be a housewife, it's out of character for her. No wonder she's so grumpy.

No characters personality annoys me, Hinata may have been annoyingly hesitant but when girly stand she up she's does her best. Sakura is a character I am genuinely fond of, she's grown so much as a person. I also love Ino, Tsunade, And Konan.
