1) Sasuke Uchiha (Most developed character, I like his fighting style, he's smart and despite being cool all the time, he's not afraid to show his feelings)
2) Itachi Uchiha (Sacrificed his life to protect things he love, he's very intelligent, wise, calm and strong)
3) Deidara (He has unique fighting style, he's cool and Art is an explosion!)
4) Naruto Uzumaki (He just doesn't give up)
5) Suigetsu Hozuki (Love his personality and even though he's shown to be just interested in 7 legendary swords, he stooped a tailed beast bomb to save his team)

Well here is my list:
1. Sasuke Uchiha-His fighting style is pretty cool and is very versatile. He is decently intelligent and is not a pawn for any village unlike most characters. He is also cool looking and his character is very interesting to try to understand.
2.Temari-I like her personality. She acts tough but can also be nice. Her hairstyle is very unique. Her moments with Shikamaru are also very interesting for character development. She has shown to be intelligent.
3. Madara Uchiha-His arrogant personality is quite amusing. I like how he is very confident and calm during an intense battle. I love how he pulls of some epic moves from out of nowhere.
4. Fugaku Uchiha-He cared deeply for his clan and unlike most ninjas, decided it was time to take over his own village to end his clan's suffering. In the end he still loved his son even though his son betrayed him. He also let himself get killed and was very calm during his final moments.
5. Itachi Uchiha-He had to sacrifice a lot and lived a life loathed and hated by the same people he tried to protect. Had to act as a double agent between him and the clan. He has shown very high levels of intelligence and his quotes are pretty epic.
Looks like everyone in my top 5 is an Uchiha except for Temari
