She actually isn't, she just owns little Zuzu with no effort, and the Fire lord is weaker, Azula is a prodigy, a Madara of the Fire nation, blue fire is hotter then red meaning Azula's fire is better and hotter. Azula's lightning is also better as if you see before Zuko can redirect the Fire lords yet not all of Azula's and if you count in what we've all seen with her dodging capabilities she would own the Fire lord.

Hard lists to make. With exception of some spots, the others can be anyone not mentioned. I really love a lot of Avatar characters. If someone is not mentioned, I still really like them. I don't hate any avatar character. It's just that it is a top 5 afterall. In a way, minus Azula, Ty Lee, and Zuko, my two lists are in no order. Like I said, I like a lot of the characters. It is my favorite show and overall media/fiction thing ever.
