No offense to any of you, but this is silly.
When Madara, Sasuke, Itachi, Shisui, Obito, Izuna, Kagami, and Fugaku are pretty much the only Uchiha we have ever known anything about.... and only four of them (Madara, Sasuke, Itachi, Obito) have ever really been shown using their abilities in the manga/anime, it seems ridiculous to have a top three. Almost everyone will have the same list.

1) Madara (Obvious)
2) Obito (He's started an entire war and manipulated 10 of the strongest Bingo Book Criminals into his plan in an organization he wasn't even in.
3) Itachi (Slaughtered the rest of the entire clan and made the world think he was evil to cover up the Leaf Village)
4) Would definitely be Sasuke I don't under rate him at all and he's not far behind Itachi now but he just isn't there, His Amaterasu was Given to him by Itachi and his eyes are Sasuke's he burned up his own eyes, without Itachi's eye's he be near blind by now.
