The problem is Naruto 10 S rank jutsu are all resengan.. Sasuke probably have 10 different s Rank jutsu.. Nagato jutsu came strictly from his rinnengan which Kabuto displayed more in just his one fight with Itachi and Sasuke.. He has the the powers of Orochimaru and the sound five... He's on the list for that very reason.

Nah sasuke doesn't have ten s- rank jutsu either. The only jutsu he has that I can consider S- rank are kirin and indra's arrow. The rest are all chidori variants which are at best A-rank. He also has about 3 C-rank fire jutsu and and one B-rank fire jutsu.

Based on this sasuke isn't that versatile compared to jiraya or kabuto since his jutsu are just variations as well.

The only time Sasuke was blitzing Madara was when he was using Amenotejikara. Madara saw Sasuke coming and he let himself get cut in half probably because of the fact he would get into the Kamui dimension faster with half a body rather than a full body.

Sasuke fully analyzing C4, Deidara's Bakuton and clay maipulation and fully countering is a way better feat. And he's not even in the list, just to make a simple example. That Gudoudama feat a nice feat, but nothing outstanding. He's certainly above the standard, but he's not the brightest bulb.
