Yea.. I'm pretty sure I said and you responded with 'such irony'..
I witness kaguya and still disagree she has one or two great ninjutsu but not good enough enough to make my top three... Same case for Naruto..

She has S/T techniques, the ability to apply all Nature Transformations and KKG to her Gududama, and all Ninjutsu feats shown through the Juubi. She has the Infinite Tsukuyomi, most powerful Genjutsu in existence. She has greatest Chakra reserves and stamina.

The only aspects she lack is, Taijutsu and intelligence.

Feats... Again most of that is all hype..
She doesn't even have the normal rinnengan which gives most of the ninjutsu feats..
One powerful Genjutsu, doesn't make her the best.. Same reason Shisui Uchiha didn't make the list.
Greatest chakra and stamina comes from being a Jin, which is not included..
And she's not a shinobi..
