Eh, I have some reservations about the last ratings. Considering that Madara obtained Hashirama's powers after their final battle, I would say that Madara outranks Hashirama.

2.Rinnegan madara (if hes completed with hashiramas power+all of the techniques nagato has then id put him joint 1st vs a healthy nagato with 6 paths
