That was after IT chakra absorption due to which her strength and speed were on a different level. I already said I won't include IT chakra absorption in this. This is not an all time scenario.
Its true that now Sasuke can counter Amenominaka but you are forgeting something very immportant. Kaguya can use her Amenominaka jutsu more times than Sasuke his portals.If Sasuke open portals to come back Kaguya simply uses Ameno again but as shown in Gaiden after oppening portals Sasuke is very low on chakra and unable to use Susanoo. Without Susanoo he is dead.
Sasuke won't even get caught in Amenominaka dimension. That was one lucky surprise attack that could only happen once. Not every time.
Also Susanoo is EMS Jutsu not Rinnegan so how exactly will Sasuke counter IT with Rinnegan only.
Sasuke can counter IT with his Rinnegan only. He only needs Susanoo when he needs to protect others to block the light from reaching them.
