What can Rinne Sharingan do against Sasuke's Rinnegan?
IT? Countered.
Amenominaka? Countered.
On the contrary, Rinnegan has a lot against Rinne Sharingan.
Deva Path? No counter.
Preta Path? No counter.
All other Paths? No counter.
Amenotejikara? No counter.
Sasuke's Rinnegan > Rinne Sharingan (for battle purposes)
The reason why Kaguya is stronger than Sasuke despite that is because of her unparalleled body powers, ultra powerful chakra and unprecedented chakra control along with Rinne Sharingan and Byakugan. Rinne Sharingan itself is not that powerful or useful in battle if you remove Kaguya's body powers.
All this is while removing the chakra absorption from IT victims out of the equation. If you include that against a fully developed Rinnegan w/Six Paths chakra, then they're probably equal.
Also, EMS > Tenseigan.

Pointless video, usually the case with those vids. All you need is to rank the doujutsu overall because after all; it doesn't matter whether s.o. has a stronger MS because it all accumulates to being weaker than EMS, Rinnegan.

First for Rinne sharingan you need Juubi so which means Rinne Sharingan user have more chakra than Rinnegan user.
Amenotejikara was countered 2 times by Kaguya each time directly with Rinne Sharingan. Re-read manga.
Its true that now Sasuke can counter Amenominaka but you are forgeting something very immportant. Kaguya can use her Amenominaka jutsu more times than Sasuke his portals.If Sasuke open portals to come back Kaguya simply uses Ameno again but as shown in Gaiden after oppening portals Sasuke is very low on chakra and unable to use Susanoo. Without Susanoo he is dead.
Also Susanoo is EMS Jutsu not Rinnegan so how exactly will Sasuke counter IT with Rinnegan only.
kekkei mora (rinne sharingan ) >> kekkei genkai (Sasuke rinnegan )
