As you saw in the title, this is my top Genjutsu users according to all the info I gathered rereading the manga, researching the data book, by feats etc etc...

Keep in mind this isn't about who has the most powerful genjutsu or anything like that.

I have a good feeling everyone will probably agree with this list.

And please, don't bash my top ten list, for I had put a lot of thought into this...
