Sasuke is not interested in killing Obito or Itachi the people who actually killed his family but he's after the destruction of all of konoha when only Danzo, and the advisers suggested what Itachi did. Wanting to take out the entire village is illogical.
Danzo spammed Izanagi and tried to keep Naruto from coming back to the village during Pein's invasion
