definitely forgot 3rd raikage....he has the most raw power out of eveyr shinobi except for bee and naruto.
Bee finally gets some recognition everyone forgets about him..he has the best swordsmanship,sameheda to consume chakra and full control over his beast powers. His bijuu cloak is more deadly than naruto's km mode.

Shisui, if you guys don't know what he can do, allow me to explain.

He was feared as the "Shisui the body flicker" if you don't know what the body flicker technique is look it up. Also his Mongekonyou could make you do ANYTHING HE WANTS 1/10 years per eye? (not sure about both eyes)

No idea why Danzou is on the list or what KA stands for
