I'm still confused about the most accurate top 10. As Kabuto was number 1, and has probably lost against Itachi does that increase Itachi's place from 7th to 6th or something? If you can give an accurate Top 10, or Top 15 I will be happy

There are no accurate top 10, as A,B,C logic wont work on the naruto verse.
Only a top 3 maybe :d
ex : My top 10
1.Kabuto
2.Edo Madara/Tobi.
4.Naruto.
5.Hashirama.
6.Prime hiruzen/Minato
8.Itachi.
9.Sasuke.
10.Killer bee.
But this list wont be accurate, as certain characters are strong against other and perfect to fight them, while they're weak against others. And it also changes according to the situation.
Hashirama wont be able to defeat hiruzen or minato because of shiki fujin, itachi may beat madara with totsuka, naruto coud pawn them all but his fathers fuinjutsu and intelligence will beat him...
Basically : Character A > Cahracter B, and Character B > Character C, doesnt mean Chracter A > Character C. ( Sasuke > Didara, naruto > sasuke, but Deidara would beat naruto because of his lack of intelligence and info and he wont be able to stop the clay bombs. )

Your list is almost the exact same as mine. The only difference is I would put Madara equal/below Tobi. He probably had the same techniques alive but he would have been old and past his prime making him weaker than what we've seen.

3. Nagato ( Dnt think itachi has what it take s to to beat him he is good but when he did beat edo nagato he was being controlled and he needed bee and naruto
4.hashirama ( honestly hype and Dnt know if he can beat nagato)

Sasuke doesn't make my top 10 simply because I Dnt see him taking out anybody I mention and to me he's nothing different from MS. Just because he's having EMS he's getting a hype he hasn't done anything so far

Dont insult people, that was an ex list.
And your list is ridiculous, as i said there's no accurate top 10, A,B,C logic doesn't work here.
3rd Raikage would explode sasuke.
Mu would do the same.
Orochimaru summoning hashirama and tobirama should be higher.
Plus by logic and manga facts : 3rd raikage = Hachibi ( during their fight they both fell with their weapons in hand ) , killer bee = Hachibi + his own skills, so killer bee > 3rd raikage. therefore your list is f*cked. add to that that Mu by feats and hype would beat killer bee and yet you placed him under the 3rd wich proves top 10 dont exist as i said.
( too much contradictions = fail, who's ridiculous now ? )
