The only reason Naruto was able to beat the 3rd is because of Sage Mode sensing/Prior intel. And since a Rasenshuriken didn't do much damage to him, a "mere" Rasengan isn't going to cut it.

Pretty sure Karin mentioned that Rikages chakra is bijju level and Rikage was defeated by Madara,that dosen't mean that he runout of chakra.

I don't think Kisame's juice without samehada is bijju level.

Zetsu body is made of Mokuton, also with Rinnegan.It's over 100% Kekkei Genkai. Orochimaru shouldn't be there. Also BSM Naruto has no Kekkei Genkai.​
