Sasori does not have a brain, just a heart, therefore he is uneffected by genjutsu. And since when does Kankuro have genjutsu?

6) Ebizo (i consider him on the level of Chiyo, but since we know nothing about him, i would not include him in this)

And what about Yashamaru, he was the Kazekage's right hand men. It doesn't mean he is weak if he lost to Gaara, he wasn't trying to kill him, his mision was to make him mad and then make Shukaku go insane.

Not necessarily because he's a puppet. And I'm assuming his heart contains thinking capabilities? Who knows. Anyway, this is fantasy so a heart can apparently operate a body by itself, but the manga still says genjutsu affects the brain.
