Urahara is indeed the smartest character in the Bleachverse, however his intellect can only take him so far. I doubt Gin will be caught out by kido or zanpakuto abilities. Urahara will win the fight of course, but it will be difficult. I'd say Urahara wins with at least mid-diff.

The only actual feat we have seen from Bach is him stealing Yamamoto's Bankai, then proceeding to annihilate a corpse. His fight against Ichigo was very one-sided, as Ichigo had just fought the other Quincy (cannot remember his name) and struggled to escape the Reishi barrier.

1. Bach - we can't for sure say this, but consider that he was able to chop Yama in half and consider that his copy (not as powerful as him) was able to put a god fight against Yamamoto, i consider him as strongest.
2. Yamamoto Genryusai - people bellow him can't counter his bankai, well Bach can't neither, but Bach is more like assumption.
3. Dangai Ichigo - he defeated Hyogaku Aizen with no diff. -.-
4. Hyogaku Aizen - this is his place with his final form he showed against Ichigo.
5. Jugram Hashwalth - His title Grand master of Sternritter rival title Captain commander of Gotei and that speaking for itself and he even can become emperor in the future, the way he cut Zangetsu, the way he cut Cang Du and all that without using much power
6. Uryu Ishida - well, this is hype and only hype. It was alrady stated by Kirgi that he should be unbelieveble strong, stronger than Kirgi, and Bach even said that his power have yet to come and that he will surpass even him. Reason why is he bellow Hashwalth is because i see Hashwalth doing same + Hashwalth is more experienced.
7. Royd Lloyd - the guy who fought Yamamoto. Yes, he copied Bach, but it was stated that he can't copy power, he only mimic appearance and memory, he can't mimic reiatsu so his power level is same even without copiing him.
8. Kisuke Urahara - there is no much to say about him
9. Isshin Kurosaki - same as Urahara, we saw how strong he is
10. Zaraki Kenpachi - with his current power level he is not stronger than any above him (without bankai), but if he has bankai than he should be around Hashawlth/Uryu level.

Well dangai Ichigo and hyogoku Aizen are transcendent so they are above bankai Yamamoto. And kenpachi is way to low......
first of all he would shit on royd loyd, why would tite kubo make kenpachi come back weaker than who he got defeated by?
Also kenpachi>>>>>>ishin people are comparing him to bankai Yamamoto... And also his feats are better Isshin never destroyed a meteorite.... And if you put uryu by hype why not put current Ichigo by hype?
Also since kenpachi without shikai is stronger than unohana also proven when kenpachi was a kid and defeated her then I think
byakuya(post royal guard training) should be above her

1. Being transedent don't make you stronger than non transcedent. Aizen called Ichigo transcedent back in FKT arc and not just that Ichigo in FKT arc is not stronger than Yamamoto, he is not stronger than many other shinigamis.
2. I think i very well explained Kenpachi's rank.
3. How do you know that Isshin couldn't destroy meteorite??
4. Current Ichigo don't have hype!! And if i have to estimate his current level, it would be around Dangai Ichigo, maybe little stronger or weaker but still under Yama and above Aizen.
5. Byakuya is featless and hypeless.
