1. Raikage is capable of fighting Hachibi to a stalemate.
2. He's on the same level as the upper levels of Susanoo (not PS) in durability.
3. Nukite is far more damaging than FRS. (Pierced his body while FRS did nothing)
4. These two can't hurt him.
5. Raikage is more of a threat to Itachi, Sasuke, Gaara and the rest of the top 10 and most other shinobi than SM Naruto or Minato.

I could see someone making a case for why Minato goes above him, but SM Naruto is definitely not on his level of power.

I mainly wanted to know what's stopping them from using his attack against himself like what was shown. I assumed they couldn't break his durability with their attacks especially minato but they show the reflexes to do what was done

That's not them being stronger though, especially since that only works if he uses 1 Fingered Nukite, which he doesn't need to do.
