You're right. Obito isn't the type to go heads up with someone like that. He could of easily phased.

But that wouldn't nearly be as cool.

Being able to identify perfect mokuton clones from the original? or is that a sharingan feat idk

Sharingan can't detect clones.

And Mokuton clones would be easy to sense as he has a shit load of hashirama's cells

if we're talking about passively sensing; Karin is probably better. But when Gaara sets and disperses his sand he's better imo.
