First of all, I'm only counting combatants that have been seen in the movies. This list is strictly about skill with lightsabers, the force is not counted. Strength of the combatant plays a strong role in this list as well. I have not seen all the clone wars episodes so I'm simply not counting fighters like Ventress and Maul's brother. If you feel my list is flawed, please post your own!

4. Anakin Skywalker (prime)
5. Obiwan (prime)
6. Count Dooku
7. General Grievous
8. Darth Maul
9. Qui-gon Jinn

My logic regarding these picks:
Generally speaking, if someone bested another in combat, I feel they rank above them. Since Obiwan somehow posed at least a match for Prime Anakin, he ranks above Dooku despite getting smacked by him in episode 2. I can't possibly defend the idea that Obiwan was legitimately stronger than Anakin despite beating him, as Anakin was enraged and overzealous (I could say plot as well). Considering Yoda cleanly admits Obiwan's inferiority to him, I'd be willing to bet Yoda> Prime Anakin. Windu beat Sidius who beat Yoda (imo), so clear 1 through 3 for me.
Considering Obiwan handled grievous pretty easily 1v1, I'd say he beats him out and considering Dooku is his master, I'd assume Grievous ranks below him. Darth Maul beat Qui-gon and that's the end of the more known Jedi. Slot 10 I could have given to a number of council members but since Kit was the last man standing against Sidius (not counting Windu of course) I ranked him #10. Again, please comment and list your own top ten lightsaber duelists lists. If you feel any aspect of my logic was seriously flawed, please let me know!
