Rinnegan Sasuke > RSM Naruto

He tied against Naruto in a physical battle even though he didn't use even 10% of the Rinnegan's potential. He only used EMS powers to fight Naruto which were Rinnegan enhanced whereas Naruto used RSM i.e. everything he had. If Kishi didn't nerf Sasuke and used his Rinnegan properly (even if he only used Ameno to its full potential), Sasuke could have defeated Naruto. Let alone the Six Paths techniques. He used Preta Path at the very end because if he used it earlier, he could defeat Naruto which Kishi didn't want. He used only 20% of Ameno's potential, and I'm being generous in calculations here, because if he used Ameno to its full potential, then GG, which Kishi didn't want.

Kisame wrecks at least tobirama.

Tobirama may be an expert in water release, but so is kisame, and I'm sure kisame has more chakra than tobirama. He's stated to have biju level chakras. Neji said his 30% clone had the same amount of chakra as kyubi Naruto. Karin stated, after seeing the raikage, Naruto, and others that she had never seen so much chakra in one place. Nagato also stated he had the largest chakra reserves in akatsuki.

Ftg in water dome against samehada fusion? Hm, he's a speed bullet, can breathe under water, and has sensing. Tobirama would get wrecked.

Neither does tobirama have what it takes to stop great shark bullet. Or a thousand feeding sharks and it only took 5 feeding sharks to make guy use six gates. 5 sharks solo anyone bar 6 gates guy
