Sasuke is under Bee probably because Sasuke couldnt keep up with Killer B's fighting style with 8 swords.

this is mainly because of how unpredictable the fighting style actually is rather than shunshin and reaction speed or combat speed

i admit they are relatively close together but sasuke i would say is slightly above

Good one, Juubi's Jinchuriki are insanely fast.

Not exactly, because they have one of the most dangerous sensor skills that allows them to counter whatever it contacts them no matter what speed or long distance attacks, and by that Juubi's Jinchuriki is not faster than FTG, but It's only based on sensor and counter techs. However Juubi's jinchuriki should be on top 5, and FTG as number 1/2.

Considering that Sasuke out-sped KCM Naruto on an occasion and reacted faster than KCM Minato twice, I cannot see how he is below Bee and the lot. Aside of Juubi's Jins and V2 Ae, Sasuke is top three material easily. Putting him at Kakashi's level is laughable.

Naruto hardly has mastery over his speed in BM/KCM forms.

The Third evaded the Rasenshuriken twice in quick succession with ease, KCM Naruto had to get right in his face to land it and it only landed because he had his back turned while just landing on his feet. He was even blinded by the sun the first time and still dodged at the last second.

That was Sage Naruto. KCM Naruto is the one that threw it and this one was even faster because he used his chakra arm to increase the speed instead of throwing it, he threw it along with his chakra arm for better speed and precision. I can list a dozen quotes where kishi commends the Third for his speed, other characters praising his speed or comparing it to his son's. He's fast, no questions asked.

I couldn't exactly decide who was faster between Itachi, Sasuke and Kakashi. Kinda just guessed that part because they all seem preety even. I put Itachi as the fastest because he's faced both Sasuke and Kakashi in taijutsu and always seemed to have the upper hand.

Minato, Ay , Naruto, Itachi, Tobirama, Gai and Lee...That's for sure..Databook even gives him 4.5 for speed which is the same as Kakashi..sorry but it's not laughable

Increasing the speed of a pretty slow technique, to which degree? I don't care, as ALL relevant Ninjas intercepted him, when Ae in V1 was slapping KCM Naruto around.
