5.Killer Bee (1st perfect jinchuricki)
6.Kakashi (Has Always Been High Kage Level,Kaumi Badassery)
7.Gai (8 gates)
8.Onooki (if hes still alive Jinton is Too OP )
9.Garra(smart very strong in a desert)
10.Ay(would be higher but with one arm his best move Liger Bomb is gone)
