Chakra arms of v2 transformed tailed beasts were being casually cut by Kakashi's raiden, there's no reason for chidori enhanced kusanagi not to cut them with little difficulty. Toon deva tanked a bijuudama, parried Kurama's punches, used ST twice in a row, can put an ST barier in front of him. Splited a part of a mountain in a second, and threw it high in the sky, kept up with 6tk Kurama, can throw in a far distance ST bullets that can easily cut through giant mokuton stakes, and can create a a giant amount of water, which covered the whole Konoha crater, with a single punch, without a water source around. He stomps them both.U_U

Naruto should win if he has the knowledge Itachi gave him on CT. If he doesn't have the knowledge on how to counter CT and Naruto can't enter Kyuubi mode and Bijuu mode, he loses, and it's Pain vs Sasuke, in which case Sasuke wins.
