Lol, no he doesn't. Sasuke keeps up with him easily in terms of speed. Sasuke has the advantage in CQC, his raiton sword cuts through the chakra arms. Naruto lacks any special offensive against Sasuke without susano, let alone with his ribcage.

Lel? v1 Ay got outwitted by MS Sasuke and pierced with his chidori. Chakra arms of v2 transformed tailed beasts were being casually cut by Kakashi's raiden, there's no reason for chidori enhanced kusanagi not to cut them with little difficulty. Scrub trying to be funny with a gif when he has no argument to back up his statement. I am up to change my mind given a good argument for KCM Naruto.

Why is everyone forgetting toon deva. He stomps no difficulty. Eitherway KCM naruto is as strong or a bit stronger than Sasuke. People forget that Amaterasu > Rasenshuriken.
