Who could serpent be? Also, the ghouls make their move by sending Hori Chie to approach the investigators and give them info about "Torso". Why would they do that?

Also, more and more point to the fact that Haise is probably Kaneki.

What I meant is that he is looking for Ghouls like Rize, that kill a lot of humans
Also the cannibalize, he must be at Ken's level now

It wouldnt surprise me if she turned into one of the more aggresive ghouls after what happened and will be Kaneki's/Haises target soon enough
