I don't know, Amon doesn't seem the Bikaku type. If he were to be turned into a ghoul he'd either be Rinkaku or Koukaku imo. I think serpent's Nishio. He kinda talks like him:

I don't really portray Amon talking like that. The only ones I can imagine having that language are Touka and Nishio.

I wanna see my favorite character, Touka too. XD

Amon lost so much to ghoul, and was experment on, maybe he hit a breaking point and with his new power seeks to kill high ranking ghoul for attacking weak humans, this would put him at odds with haise/kaneki who speres ghoul, the roles from the last story would be flip and thst would be pretty interesting.

Yeah, but the only way that he could've been turned into a Ghoul was by doctor Kanou, since CCG is clearly unaware of Serpent's identity, therefore they can't be held responsible. Now, we know for sure that Serpent is a Bikaku. Who's Kanou using to create artificial ghouls now that Rize's been taken away? Yeah, Yoshimura who is an Ukaku. I don't know, I have little to no faith that it's Amon, although I'd like him to be just so that he can meet Akira and be Mado-punched Lol

I agree, I forgot that Kanou is working with CCG, so Serpent must be Nishio and he is looking for Ken
