I haven't read the manga, so just finished Tokyo Ghoul The anime, I watched it first.
I want to know what chapter does the anime leave off on.

I think maybe you didn't pay attention where does the ANIME leave off on. I don't want to read from the beginning.

if you want to start where the anime is ending i still would reread at least chapters 134- 143 because the endings of both are quite a bit different. then i would start with Tokyo Ghoul:re which is the sequel.
Maybe you want to read the side stories about arima in tokyo ghoul: JACK or suzuya in the one shot JOKER.
