If I were you, I would start from chapter 1. The anime and manga are way different and you will miss alot of shit.

Start at Chapter 61 where Kaneki is getting tortured, they go more in depth with RC cells.
I think maybe you didn't pay attention where does the ANIME leave off on. I don't want to read from the beginning.

if you want to start where the anime is ending i still would reread at least chapters 134- 143 because the endings of both are quite a bit different. then i would start with Tokyo Ghoul:re which is the sequel.
