Tokugowa is more of the quite type. He has a strong, calm mind, and is also a very generous person. He has a great fascination with weapons and Taijutsu. Even tho he longs to become a famous samurai, he cannot replace his love for basic taijutsu. He feels that he must constantly train himself, to always be 'At the top of his game'.

With Jeet Kune Do, he gained 3x the ability to read through enemy taijutsu and movement, capable of reacting with enourmous speed when compared to an average Strong Fist user. This, however, doesn't refer to running speed which suffers no differance and in essence the movement speed of the users body is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

Description: Due to the users advanced mastery over Jeet Kune Do, the user can already wield it with fast speeds, due to the built up momentum that Nunchucks have when being wielded/swung around. The user can attack much faster, with Jeet Kune Do already giving the ability to move his arms at a very fast pace, he could move the Nunchucks with incredible speed. Once he mastered them, he could swing them at speeds that could defend him from speeds that of rock lee without weights. Each strike from them had much more force of impact than a normal punch, being able to break bones with a strike from it as regular nunchucks already can.

History:
Picking up the fascination for martial arts and weapons from his sister Izanami Kaito, Tokugowa trained himself alone in martial arts, keeping his new found love a secret from his family. He always seemed distant from his family, not because of them, but rather he seemed to always want to be alone. After hearing of his sisters skills maturing day by day until she was finally drafted into the military, Tokugowa made a promise to himself to get stronger, to hopefully one day be onto her level, no matter how distant that level may be, he aimed to get as close to it as he could. That was when he started on his own martial art, he called it Jeet Kune Do. Jeet Kun Do is a hybrid martial arts system and life philosophy with direct, non classical and straightforward movements. Due to the way his style works they believe in minimal movement with maximum effect and extreme speed. The system works on the use of different 'tools' for different situations. These situations are broken down into ranges (Kicking, Punching, Trapping and Grappling), with techniques flowing smoothly between them. It is referred to as a "style without style". Unlike more traditional martial arts, Jeet Kune Do is not fixed or patterned, and is a philosophy with guiding thoughts. It was named for the concept of interception, or attacking your opponent while he is about to attack. He believed that combat was spontaneous, and that a martial artist cannot predict it, only react to it, and that a good martial artist should "Be like water" and move fluidly without hesitation. Water is infinitely flexible. It can be seen through, and yet at other times it can obscure things from sight. It can split and go around things, rejoining on the other side, or it can crash through things. It can erode the hardest rocks by gently lapping away at them or it can flow past the tiniest pebble. The user needs to calm his mind completely, focus and wait for the opponent to strike. They will then use the opponents attacking force against them as the user moves in a relaxed state with fluid motion to take advantage of the opponents openings as the opponent attacks. It took a few years to perfect this art of his. He also began to train himself with swords, staffs and nunchaku. He liked the nunchaku the best as they seemed more versatile to him. And so, with this he trained for years, waiting for the day that his sister Izanami shall return.
